How do I register more than 3 children?

To register more than 3 children for After School or Camp, please email sandy.mabry@bethlehemfirstumc.com for prices.

Can my child attend Summer Day Camp if (s)he turns 5 over the summer?

We find that campers who have finished Kindergarten have a better Day Camp experience. Because of that we ask that your child be 5 years of age by the June 1st, 2018 to register for Summer Camp. If they are turning 5 after that date, consider sending them to our preschool camp.

Am I able to change the amount of days per week my child attends Summer Day Camp?

For Summer Day Camp, you can register for whichever 3, 4, or 5 days meet your family's schedule each week. Once your child is registered for camp, please check with the Director to make sure the days you want to change to are available. Any changes will need to be made at least one week in advance. Otherwise, your original contract for tuition will be charged.

To register for Summer Camp

(ages 5-13):

Read the Summer Camp Policies Handbook

and email the application to sandy.mabry@bethlehemfirstumc.com or bring by the church's main office with payment of registration fee and at least half of first week's tuition.

Is financial aid available for Summer Camp?

Thanks to the generous donations from church members and camp families, there are a limited number of camperships available. The amount varies year to year based upon the limited funds available. Please email the Director for a financial assistance form. These forms are due by May 1st. 

How do I submit my registration and payment?

Registration can be submitted online by clicking the link on our registration page on this website or by emailing a completed application to sandy.mabry@bethlehemfirstumc.com or bringing it by the church office during open hours (Mon-Thurs 9 am- 4 pm or Fri 9 am- 1 pm. You can find an application on our registration page, as well. Payment of registration fee and half of the first week's tuition are due before your registration is complete. That payment can be submitted online by clicking the link to the church's secure payments, or you may bring a check or money order to the church office during open hours or mail it to the church at: 709 Christmas Ave. Bethlehem, GA 30620 Re: Summer Camp.
