The mission of Summer Camp at Bethlehem First United Methodist Church is to provide a safe, Christian environment that enables and encourages campers to explore their faith, build intentional and lasting relationships and to enjoy their summer!

The 2018 God is Green Summer Camp will focus on the care and appreciation of God's creation. The objectives of this year's camp are:

  • to understand our responsibility to care for God's creation

  • to find God in the natural world

  • to connect with nature

  • to enjoy the outdoors

God is Green camp will include indoor and outdoor games, a variety of sports, wood, clay and other craft activities, weekly field trips and daily lessons on how our God is GREEN! So come join us for the summertime fun!

"If we are children of God, we have a tremendous treasure and will realize that it is holy and sacred. We will see God reaching out to us in every wind that blows, every cloud in the sky, every flower that blooms, and every leaf that fades, if only we will focus our eyes and hearts to see it."

--Adapted quote from Oswald Chambers
